When you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:

  • Subject and message content

We also collect anonymous browsing data through Google Analytics (see Section 6 below).

We process your contact data in order to handle and respond to your request. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of Pinfabb in managing pre-contractual or commercial communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or, where applicable, the execution of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

b) Compliance with legal obligations
We may process your data where required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Data Retention

Personal data submitted via the contact form are retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for a maximum period of 24 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an ongoing contractual relationship with Pinfabb.

Anonymous analytics data collected via Google Analytics are retained in accordance with Google’s data retention settings, which we have configured to 14 months.

5. Data Sharing and Recipients

Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:

  • Internal staff and collaborators of Pinfabb who need access in order to handle your request;
  • IT service providers and hosting companies acting as Data Processors under a Data Processing Agreement, for the purpose of operating and maintaining this website;
  • Google LLC, as provider of Google Analytics (see Section 6 below);
  • Public authorities or regulatory bodies, when required by law.

All recipients are required to process your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
